Night Sign On Bonus: $750 About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Blending Technician I to join our team in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Blending Technician I, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient blending of raw materials to produce high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet our strict quality standards. This role is critical to our success and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a blending or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret formulas and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems
- Experience with GMP and/or HACCP regulations
- Forklift certification
Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and blend raw materials according to established formulas and procedures
- Operate blending equipment and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper blending
- Perform quality checks on blended products to ensure they meet our standards
- Maintain accurate records of all blending activities
- Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of blending equipment
Skills:As a Blending Technician I, you will use your strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and blend raw materials to ensure the production of high-quality products. You will also use your ability to operate and maintain blending equipment, as well as your knowledge of quality control procedures, to ensure that all products meet our strict standards. Additionally, your experience with inventory management systems and knowledge of GMP and/or HACCP regulations will be beneficial in this role.
