Lot Technician Job Description/Requirements:Essential Job Function:A lot technician drives and maintains vehicles available for sale, so you must have a good understanding of how cars work and be detail-oriented. As a lot technician your job duties include:
Knowledge, skill and/or ability required:This position requires a current valid driver's licensePass Motor Vehicle Record Check according to our insurance standardsThe position requires you to be 18 years of age for driving purposesConsistent attendance is a job requirementHigh school Diploma or EquivalentDrive automatic vehicles, ability to manual transmission is preferredPhysical demands:Regularly walk, run, and stand, particularly for sustained periods of timeTalk, hear audible alarms, voice commands with background noiseUse hands and fingers to grip/handle objectsUse close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjust focus, work in various light conditionsMaintain alertness for 4-8 hour shifts, maintain concentration/focus for 4-8 hours shiftsOccasionally bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist, getting in and out of customer vehiclesAbility to lift and or push up to 25 pounds with controlWorking Conditions:The worker is subject to both environmental conditions.
