Board Certified Behavior AnalystAbout the OpportunityOur client, a growing regional ABA firm, is currently seeking two Behavior Analysts for their Fort Wayne, Indiana clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established local company with a low/manageable caseload, room for advancement and excellent benefits.Responsibilities
- Oversee a caseload of 6-10 clients, including initial assessments, writing behavioral intervention plans and treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs during weekly consultations
- Train new therapists on ABA principles in preparation for their RBT exam
- Supervise BCBA Trainees
Required Education, Licenses and Experience
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in Psychology or a related field
- License/Certification: BCBA
- Active CPR and First Aid Certification
- Ability to pass background screening
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 salary
