Compensation & Incentives:
- Competitive Salary: $82,000 - $97,500 annually based on experience.
- Generous Bonuses: Earn between $6K - $18K a year, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
- Retention Program: Receive up to $40K over 5 years in addition to your base salary.
- Relocation Assistance: up to $10K in relocation assistance, if you meet qualifications.
- Paid Time Off: Enjoy 20 days of PTO plus 7 paid holidays, giving you time to recharge and take care of yourself.

Qualifications:
- Required: Masters or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
- Required: Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).
- Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
