Our goal is to provide a digital-first, modern approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We offer clinic-based ABA services at our offices across Texas, accompanied by virtual options for parent education and consultation services, ensuring that parents and guardians can access support at their convenience.

Through a combination of exceptional medical and psychological care and best-in-class technology, we provide an unparalleled approach that serves our patients' needs in an integrated way. Join us in our mission to ensure that every person has access to affordable and accessible mental health care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
  • Design and implement individualized ABA programs based on the principles of behavior analysis to address skill deficits and challenging behaviors.
  • Complete timely assessment and progress reports, detailing patient progress, behavior observations, and treatment outcomes in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians, registered behavior technicians (RBTs), BCBA trainees, or other staff implementing ABA interventions. This includes overseeing and supervising RBTs and BCBA trainees, ensuring the proper implementation of behavior plans, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting their professional development.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical notes following each patient interaction, documenting session content, behavior observations, and any modifications to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to develop comprehensive treatment plans and goals for patients.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress, make data-driven decisions, and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Conduct parent training and consultation sessions to educate caregivers on behavior management techniques and promote generalization of skills to the natural environment.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress, including behavior graphs, session notes, and treatment summaries.
  • Stay current with research literature and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis, participating in continuing education activities and professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of practice outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among members of the ABA team.

Requirements:

  • Desired at least 1 year of experience working as a BCBA or equivalent in applied behavior analysis. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience providing supervision and training to behavior technicians, registered behavior technicians (RBTs), or other staff implementing ABA interventions.
  • Thorough understanding of the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior change procedures. Familiarity with conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and designing individualized ABA programs.
  • Proficiency in data collection, graphing, and analysis techniques to monitor patient progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience conducting parent training and consultation sessions preferred.
