Job Description:
The Daytime Clinic BCBA will provide services to their caseload in the clinic setting. This is a hybrid role that requires weekly onsite visits to the clinic. The clinic is located in Portsmouth and serves individuals up to the age of 5 with developmental disabilities.BCBAs conduct initial clinical assessments and update the clinical assessment annually. BCBA will utilize assessments, such as VB-MAPP or ABLLS-R, to monitor individual progress and ISP development and adaptation. BCBA will develop comprehensive Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) within 30 days after the start of an authorization for services and biannually and conduct ISP review meetings at least monthly. BCBA will develop data collection methods to track individual's goal and objective progress, train staff on interventions and data collection methods as outlined in the ISP, and analyze data for progress and makes changes to interventions or goals as necessary. BCBA will provide ongoing parent, caregiver, and staff training. BCBA will provide weekly supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians, for each assigned case, as outlined by BACB and insurance guidelines. BCBA will complete insurance Service Requests for Authorizations (SRAs) for initial authorization and reauthorization of services.
