Position Overview:
As a BCBA at May's Playhouse & Therapies, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You will play a crucial role in promoting best practices in ABA therapy while contributing to a collaborative and dynamic startup culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs and other staff members.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance service delivery.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
•Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Experience in developing and implementing ABA interventions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment.
