Position: Board Certified Behavior AnalystLocation: Cherry Hill, NJBoard-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), full time and part time positions available inCamden County, Burlington County, and Gloucester County, NJ.Full time position or part time position available if willing to work evenings between 3pm-8pm during the week. A $2,000 sign on bonus is available for Camden and Burlington County BCBAs. This includes regular individual supervision with our leadership team members, participation in team meetings, and opportunities to engage in behavioral analytics research and discussion.All of our Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) positions have a complete employment package for both full-time and part-time roles.Responsibilities of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs):Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referredMaintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employee and organization as a wholeEngages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions team members through approved supervision activitiesMaintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in company practice management software (CentralReach) and provider-specific sitesUtilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviorsCollaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriateQualifications of the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):BCBA certificationBehavior Specialist License (For Pennsylvania Applicants)Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children and adolescentsExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsWillingness to see families in the afternoon/evenings after 3pm (3-4 times/week), travel to meet with clients, and work in a variety of settings: home, school, community, and clinicWe serve Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, Central and Southern New Jersey, and the state of Delaware in Behavioral Health.
