Work in an enhanced behavioral support home or community crisis home supporting individuals moving out of institutional settings, including psych hospitals, developmental centers, and residential treatment facilities. Our BCBA's provide support to individuals who are dually diagnosed with an intellectual disability and mental health diagnosis in a residential setting. Earn up to $100,000 per yearOur BCBAs primarily provide the required Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision to staff on an ongoing basis as assigned. They will conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) of presenting issues and observe participants in various settings for developing the behavior support plan. - Master's degree with valid BCBA certification
- Two (2) years' experience providing behavior supports for individuals with IDD and with mental health diagnosis.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in designing, supervising, and implementing behavior modifications
- Competency in writing supports plans and effective verbal communication skills
- Experience in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) is required
