What Makes Us Different?

We focus on stable, self-funded growth to expand and eliminate waitlists, without relying on private equity. Our internal ABA Academy of Excellence provides continuous clinical support and growth opportunities. We offer smaller caseloads with top clinicians supervising staff, and fund research like the autism lab at Temple University. Clinician-led client decisions and our proprietary data collection system ensure high-quality care. We invest in hiring and developing top professionals, providing immediate, true ABA services. Benefits include up to $2,500 in tuition reimbursement, performance bonuses, and a 401(k) with up to 6% employer match.

We have included some video clips of our BCBAs sharing their thoughts on what sets ABA Centers of America apart.
