Our Clinical supervisors work closely with our Clinic Director to provide services to an assigned manageable caseload of clients and are always leading by example for their team of RBTs.

Top 5 duties:
- Being the go-to for assigned caseload programming, behavior management, and parent support
- Ensuring progress of clients by properly supporting and training team of RBTs and parents
- Conducting assessments, treatment plan writing, and ongoing analysis of data in order to make program changes in a timely and appropriate manner for clients best outcomes
- Being an essential part of fostering a positive clinic environment by leading by example
- Supporting colleagues by pitching in and having a team mentality with the ability to HAVE FUN!

Pay: $70000.00 - $95,000
