Job Description:

The Behavior Project is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of mission-driven clinical supervisors! This person must possess a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset in approaching play-based early intervention programming where we are human first.

Our Clinical supervisors work closely with our Clinic Director to provide services to an assigned manageable caseload of clients and are always leading by example for their team of RBTs.

  • You currently hold a Masters degree and BCBA certification
  • You have experience with play-based early intervention OR a strong desire and passion to work with young kids 18mo - 6

Top 5 duties:

  • Being the go-to for assigned caseload programming, behavior management, and parent support
  • Ensuring progress of clients by properly supporting and training team of RBTs and parents
  • Conducting assessments, treatment plan writing, and ongoing analysis of data in order to make program changes in a timely and appropriate manner for clients best outcomes
  • Being an essential part of fostering a positive clinic environment by leading by example
  • Supporting colleagues by pitching in and having a team mentality with the ability to HAVE FUN!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70000.00 - $95,000

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends
