Position Summary: The Boarding Admissions Associate reports directly to the Director of Enrollment Management and is responsible for managing the admission process of boarding students, both domestic and international, from lead generation to enrollment in collaboration with the boarding admissions team. Success requires recruiting and enrolling boarding students in alignment with annual goals and consists of at least 6+ weeks of domestic and international travel. This role is responsible for comprehensive recruitment which consists of generating and nurturing inquiries and working to execute an efficient admissions process for prospective families from inquiry through enrollment. This role will also work alongside the Enrollment and Marketing teams in the general areas of recruitment, retention, and overall promotion of The Brook Hill school. An Admissions Associate is a mature believer that reflects the purpose of the school to always honor Christ.Duties and Responsibilities: Full cycle recruitment to meet enrollment goals for the boarding admissions office by:
  • Managing a full recruitment cycle of new students annually, including lead generation, customer relationship management, enrollment and on-boarding for 45+ new domestic and international students in 25+ countries seeking college prep boarding school opportunities in collaboration with the boarding admissions team to include:
    • Developing relationships with colleagues with goals of teamwork, relational unity, and spiritual growth to ensure families are served well throughout the admissions process
    • Always Representing Brook Hill positively and effectively
    • Managing partnerships with domestic and foreign agents and consultants annually to ensure enrollment targets are met with diverse, high-quality students
    • Collaborating with Executive Leadership Team and Marketing Team to ensure quality and accuracy of boarding school program marketing efforts that result in lead generation
    • Scheduling and executing strategic travel to meet goals
    • Design and execute presentations to students, families, and agencies on the advantages of a Brook Hill Education
    • Prompt and timely follow-up with a high volume of inquiries and applicants
    • Coordination and execution of discovery calls and virtual tours as well as in-person campus tours for prospective students and families with the support of the Director of Enrollment Management and the Boarding Admissions Team
    • Maintaining student admissions portfolios, from application through enrollment by effectively communicating to move applicants through the process efficiently in collaboration with the boarding admissions team
    • Coordination, administration and execution of admission candidate assessment or testing
    • Coordination, administration and execution of student interviews
    • Presenting student portfolios to the admissions committee as needed
  • Executing successful enrollment management for 120 boarding students annually (new and returning) by aiding students in completing enrollment requirements including:
    • Collaborating with the financial aid committee on the application of Financial Aid
    • Coordination, administration and execution of contract completion for each student
    • Communicating effectively and positively with agents and agencies on behalf of Brook Hill
    • Assist with SEVIS records and management of pertaining documentation for student visa needs
    • Maintaining accurate records of enrolled students regarding enrollment targets including diversity, geographical enrollment targets, contracts, agency agreements, and other annual enrollment data
    • Assisting academic and residence life offices with onboarding enrolled students successfully including communication and coordination of travel, arrival, and knowledge needed to successfully integrate into the school year
    • Assisting with retention goals and enrollment projections in collaboration with the Director of Enrollment Management and the Enrollment Team.
  • Improve leadership skills through self-initiated professional development activities.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work is required as it relates to the duties described
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head of School or a designee of the Head of School
