General Manager to join our team of professionals. This role is integral to the success of the organization, and our

Job Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of hotel
- Manage staff to ensure exceptional guest service in every interaction
- Lead staff to meet and exceed expectations of guests through genuine and attentive service
- Ability to lead in a hands-on approach, communicating with all staff in a respectful and motivational manner
- Set leadership example by interacting directly with guests and staff to communicate the hotel vision of an excellent property functioning effectively
- Operate and oversee budgeting and financial performance
- Manage Food & Beverage operations
- Make recommendations for corrections and improvements of facility and equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Complete staff scheduling, allowing for appropriate service levels while controlling labor costs and overtime
- Conduct performance evaluations and help develop team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Job Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's (or Associate's) Degree in business, hospitality management (or related field), or commensurate experience in the hospitality industry required
- 3+ years of experience in a hotel GM or AGM role
- Background in hospitality food & beverage preferred
- Must have or be able to quickly obtain a Food Handler's Card
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of hospitality budgeting and financial management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to pass a background check
