This is a FT direct hire opportunity with a competitive benefits package.Responsibilities:Maintain and update QA / QC manual. Develop quality improvement programs and implement innovative production/manufacturing methods.Generate the design and layout for Plant Equipment.Work and communicate with fabricators and sub-suppliers to achieve optimum and most cost-effective component design.The above work will be accomplished in 3D, utilizing SolidWorks software.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Able to work effectively with co-workers, subordinates and supervisors and customers.Able to participate in a team environment on assigned projects executing process engineering deliverables.Develop thorough knowledge of the project scope and schedule as they apply to QA/QC.Know ASME Code Material specification and appropriate use.Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering with emphasis in welding, materials and/or mechanical or industrial disciplines. PhD or licensed PE a positive.Five or more years of related experience, in a manufacturing or production environment, including three years of supervisory/management responsibilities.Proven history of progressively responsible leadership ability.Ability to lead in a team-based environment.Effective analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple issues and projects concurrently.Ability to engage in multiple tasks at a time without losing concentration.Good temperament to deal with people in all situations.Excellent oral and written communication skills, in English, to effectively communicate with clients, manufacturers, and co-workers.Ability to maintain focus during distractions that could arise during production.Must be able to follow instructions to the minutest detail to ensure accuracy.Ability to generate and present design equipment review presentations to both small and large groups.Knowledge in MS Office and other MFG software.Efficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals.Possess excellent organizational, time management, and strong interpersonal skills.Salary Range$85-125k (Based on experience)Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
