Job Description:
Job Function: The Book Keeper position provides clerical and support to the C.E.O with daily duties. 1. Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, positing transactions 2. Reconcile balance sheet accounts 3. Close out revenue 4. Reconcile insurance billing and payments 5. Monitor unpaid insurance billings, facilitate additional communication with payors and clients 6. Facilitate all accounts receivable and payable for Renewal Lodge 7. Individual Client billing 8. Maintains historical records by filing documents 9. Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets 10. Processing and paying invoices 11. Preparing and distributing checks to vendors 12. Scanning, filing, and logging account documents 13. Maintain insurance spreadsheets with adjustable rates and providers for collectible amounts 14. Miscellaneous special projects for CEO Requirements 1. High School Diploma or equivalent. 2. Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record. 3. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance highly preferred. 4. Experience with Insurance 5. Ability to be flexible with work schedule according to the needs of Burning Tree. 6. General computer knowledge. 7. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. 8. Strong organizational and time management skills. Salary Description $50,000-$80,000 DOE
