Job Description:
Job Function:The Book Keeper position provides clerical and support to the C.E.O with daily duties. 1. Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts, positing transactions2. Reconcile balance sheet accounts3. Close out revenue4. Reconcile insurance billing and payments5. Monitor unpaid insurance billings, facilitate additional communication with payors and clients6. Facilitate all accounts receivable and payable for Renewal Lodge7. Individual Client billing8. Maintains historical records by filing documents9. Complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets10. Processing and paying invoices11. Preparing and distributing checks to vendors12. Scanning, filing, and logging account documents13. Maintain insurance spreadsheets with adjustable rates and providers for collectible amounts14. Miscellaneous special projects for CEORequirements1. High School Diploma or equivalent.2. Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record.3. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance highly preferred.4. Experience with Insurance 5. Ability to be flexible with work schedule according to the needs of Burning Tree. 6. General computer knowledge.7. Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.8. Strong organizational and time management skills.Salary Description $50,000-$80,000 DOE
