We are seeking a qualified Bookkeeper or Accountant with excellent interpersonal skills, expert in HOA Accounting, knowledge of Yardi Voyager, time management, prioritization ability, computer proficiency, and industry experience. This role will be supporting the VP of Operations in day-to-day functions and activities. Competitive salary and flexible schedule offered; health care available if desired. Location of office is in Morris County and the candidate has the ability to work from home. Excellent time management, prioritization ability, computer proficiency, and industry experience. (Duties & Responsibilities (Including, But Not Limited To) Preparation of bank reconciliations. Preparation/review of financial report packages. Reporting to financial institutions, as required. Maintain accurate and up to date client ledgers. Assist in the preparation and follow-up of monthly variances. Analyze general ledgers and recommend monthly accruals, prepaid expenses and/or potential reclassification. Assists in monthly /yearly closing process, working closely with Property Managers. Performs other duties as assigned. Personal Competencies:
