About the Role

As a Booking & Reservations Coordinator for Flow's Hospitality Brand, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and managing relationships with corporate housing providers, OTAs, and other distribution partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive bookings, enhance brand visibility, and deliver exceptional customer service to our partners.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding process for corporate housing providers, online travel agencies (OTAs), and other distribution partners
  • Support the sales team's efforts by building out the necessary infrastructure and identifying new outlets to help drive bookings and increase brand visibility
  • Coordinate with various departments, including operations, marketing, and revenue management, to ensure seamless integration of new partners and distribution channels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partner agreements, commissions, and performance metrics
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures/SLAs for partner onboarding and management
  • Monitor and report on the performance of distribution partners, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to the team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to drive bookings and increase brand awareness
  • Ideal Background

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
  • College graduate with 0-3 years of experience in hospitality, sales, or a related field
  • Strong interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow within the field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and colleagues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and distribution channels is a plus
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
