BASIC FUNCTIONS: Professionally represent the company mission statement, vision and values while maintaining the financial and accounting records of the company. Utilize established accounting, bookkeeping and clerical procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
* Utilize accounting and project management software (RMS, QuickBooks, TSheets)
* Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements
* Maintain employee and personnel files
* Job costing
* Process accounts payable
* Process accounts receivable and collections
* Process payroll and remit payroll taxes
* Perform job cost analysis
* Reconciliation of accounts
* Office supply inventory
* Remit sales and use taxes (Accountant prepared)
* Reconcile bank balances and make bank deposits
* Perform month end close
* Process quarterly and year-end government reporting
* Monitor office and overhead expenses
* Attend meetings
* Report directly to company owner
* Miscellaneous job duties as directed
