Position: Book Office Keeper

I've teamed up with an engineering, steel manufacturing company in the heart of Buffalo NY.

You will be responsible for managing the accounts and doing all the financials for the company, whilst maintaining high standards to the office.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with all the accounting, financial and payroll
• Work in progress
• Overall office management

Experience

• Book Keeping experience
• Accounting background
• Efficient in Microsoft and spreadsheets (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Construction/steel/industrial background (essential)
• Efficient in QuickBooks
