What You'll Do

* Monitor and manage payables, receivables (including collections), and depreciation

* Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies

* Research and document accounting issues

* Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports - AR, COGS, Cash Flow, P&L, etc.

* Submit month-end reports and prepare year-end financials for tax returns

* Process weekly payroll

Who We're Looking For

* Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business

* 5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Experience working in QuickBooks and/or Xero

* Experience analyzing financial data and/or budgeting
