Core Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage financial transactions, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.- Prepare and reconcile financial reports and statements.- Handle payroll processing and manage employee expenses.- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting initiatives.- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.- Collaborate with the finance department to optimize processes and strengthen financial controls.
Candidate Profile:- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, ideally within a manufacturing setting.- Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial practices.- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.- Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.- Strong communication abilities and capability to work independently.
