Job Summary
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and post journal entries including setting up recurring journal entries.
- Create new accounts and update when necessary.
- Analyze general ledger: identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts to subsidiary ledgers.
- Collaborate with Controller for month end and year end closing.
- Participate in external audit.
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed.
- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.
Experience and Skills About YOU!
- 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferrable in manufacturing/distribution.
- Associate degree preferred - experience in lieu of education considered.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
- NetSuite experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
