Our client a small $3-6M construction add-on services company located in beautiful Fairmount section of Philadelphia is in need of a sharp and accurate Bookkeeper for a 4-6 month contract to cover for a medical leave. This position is critical and is very operationally as well as financially focused. You will work directly with the owner in a very family and employee friendly environment.ON-SITE work schedule 5 days a week$30-35/hour + 1.5 OTBookkeeperFocus:Performd daily billing and invoicing proceduresPay bills and manage accounts payable resolving any discrepanciesAccounts receivable duties, posting cash receivedMonthly reporting of AR, AP and billing summariesMonth end close procedures in Quickbooks, month end accruals and journal entriesBank reconciliations and cash managementRequired:5+ years relevant work experienceQuickbooks experienceBachelors degree a plusBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
