Full Chage Bookkeeper/Accountant You will be responsible for daily accounting functions for a fast-paced wood product manufacturing company. Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:Operate a full cycle accounts receivable including preparation of daily invoices, monthly statements, and customer records maintenance.Accounts payable including purchase orders, freight damage claims, vendor returns and claims and vendor records maintenance. Accounts receivables including helping establish credit limits, coordinate freight with customers, and others related tasks.Handle multiple bank and credit card reconciliations.Maintain and properly update files.Setup and maintain new customers and vendors.Perform other related duties as may be requested by the CPA.Handle HR functions for company, vacations calendar, employee list, and other functions.Maintain database of customers, vendors and transactions in Quick Books Online.Qualifications:Bachelors or Associates degree with experience in accounting.Proficient in account software (2 years minimum experience).Highly proficient with Excel, QuickBooks Online, Word, Outlook and general internet and pc use.2-5 years full charge bookkeeping experience within a manufacturing environment.Ability to prioritize and multitask.What we offer: 401K Plan, PTO plan, convenient office location and conformable work environment.
