Job Posting: Construction Bookkeeper/Administrator

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in construction finance? Join our client's team as a Construction Bookkeeper/Administrator and help manage the financial and administrative operations of a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including financial reporting, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, and data entry.
  • Handle vendor documents (W9s, vendor packets) and process daily mail.
  • Manage vendor and client communications.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties, such as filing, greeting visitors, and overseeing reception.
  • Run errands, including filing and retrieving permits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction finance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in construction-specific QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
  • Knowledge: Familiar with cost codes, materials, and invoice workflows, with the ability to connect financial details.
  • Personal Traits: Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to teamwork and excellence.
