RESPONSIBILITIES of The Bookkeeper
Summarize details in separate ledgers and transfer data to general ledger.
Reconcile and balance accounts.
Compile reports to show cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
Deposit Bank checks daily
Handle customer's inquiry calls and ensure customers order
Originate and finalize estimates
Process payments for vendors and order supplies
Processed residential and commercial invoices for this established landscaping company.
