Job Description: Pay Range $20hr - $22hr Responsibilities:
- The responsibilities of the temporary staffer would be those identified in the task assignment list I have provided where they would be supporting the Human Resources Department and Administration as a whole.
- The primary tasks would be those as it relates to processing bi-weekly payroll.
- dditionally, the Authority would gain additional segregation of duties within specific processes and ensure much needed back-up capabilities.
- We are seeking an individual with experience in payroll processing, accounting/bookkeeping and other supportive administrative tasks.
- The award will be based on low cost and related experience.
Task Assignments:
- Scanning personnel files -> Electronic filing to on-base -> then shredding.
- Tracking and updating employee accruals.
- Tracking and Updating Employee Anniversary list.
- New Hires: scheduling interviews, fingerprints, physicals, and orientation.
- Organize and Run orientation and on-boarding process.
- Draft and send employee related letters: hiring, health care, etc.
- Manage Retiree / PT Dental and Vision payments.
- Manage Retiree / PT Dental and Vision rate increases and annual letters/ remittance slips.
- ssist with Workplace scheduling.
- Track active Covid-19 cases/quarantine.
- Prepare seasonal orientation & day of.
- Process Workplace invoices.
- Process Dental and Vision Invoices.
- Processing Bi-weekly Payroll.
- Process and send payroll bi-weekly reports on monthly basis.
- Process deferred comp reports.
- Create payroll authorization labels for ED to sign off.
- Prepare and Reconcile Monthly Bank Statements: Revenue Fund, Flex, Payroll, A/P.
- Upload GL payroll files.
- Upload bi-weekly Accrual Reports to GTM drive.
- Prepare Unemployment and Retirement wage requests.
- Tracking Annual Training Acknowledgment forms and emergency Contact Updates, then scanning and filing to on-base.
- Review and Update Yearly ACA 1094/1095C forms.
- Quarterly Tax Reconciliation.
- Review w-2's.
- Processing yearly payouts.
- Retirement enrollment.
- Process for employees Retiring.
- Health Benefits Enrollment/Changes/Termination.
