Job Description:

BVLGARI, a renowned Italian designer known for its luxury jewels and watches, is searching for a Boutique Coordinator. The chosen individual will collaborate closely with the Store Director.

The Boutique Coordinator is pivotal in enhancing the client experience, supporting the sales team on and off the sales floor, and achieving set goals. Excellence in customer service, communication, and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and manage daily store operations, policies, and procedures, and be well-versed with BVLGARI's history, collections, and inventory.
  • Uphold the brand's image through professional appearance and conduct during Brand Presentations.
  • Enhance the sales process by supporting the sales team in client engagement, product presentation, and sales completion.
  • Aid in procuring items during sales presentations, including client interactions and sales transactions.
  • Support Grand Vendeurs with product details, CRM, gifts, and jewelry consignment selection.
  • Coordinate in-store activities like Masterclasses, Trunk Shows, and special events.
  • Assist the service advisor with repair orders, complimentary services, jewelry cleaning, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow in the boutique, overseeing turn systems and floor coverage.
  • Maintain visual merchandising, ensuring displays exude luxury and are consistently replenished.
  • Participate in quarterly inventory checks.
  • Handle phone inquiries with exceptional customer service skills, addressing sales, repairs, and other queries.
  • Lead CRM initiatives, manage gifts for clients, and execute seasonal campaigns and special events.
  • Work flexibly, including weekends and certain holidays.
