Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to customers, assisting them in finding the perfect gifts and introducing them to exclusive Cheeca products.
- Offer expert advice on products, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our Cheeca-exclusive items.
- Process sales transactions with precision using our POS system.
- Maintain the gift shop's visual appeal and organization, ensuring that Cheeca-exclusive products are prominently displayed.
- Craft attractive displays to showcase new arrivals, seasonal selections, promotions, and exclusive products.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience.
- Manage inventory.
Qualifications:
- Retail or customer service experience, preferably in a boutique or gift shop setting.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to effectively multitask.
- Creative skills for merchandising and display, with a special emphasis on showcasing exclusive products.
- Proficiency in basic math and experience with POS systems.
