Part-Time Box Office Lead I Employee:OverviewPTG Live Events, LLC, more commonly known as The Pabst Theater Group, is a multi-facetedentertainment organization that hosts over 600 live events annually across six venues indowntown Milwaukee: Pabst Theater, Riverside Theater, Miller High Life Theatre, Turner HallBallroom, and The Fitzgerald. The Pabst Theater Group isdedicated to providing top notch hospitality to world-class artists and patrons alike.Responsibilities: Acting night-of-show Box Office show closer - manage the box office night of show,compile and distribute box office financial reports Sell tickets, process ticket exchanges or refunds in person at the box office window or byphone Answer customer service inquiries whether in person at the box office window, over thephone or via email Process/package tickets to be shipped or held for will call Update, organize and clean Marquee tiles Cash handling and daily deposit reconciliation Complete special projects as neededQualifications: High school degree or GED required. One year of customer service, ticket sales, or clerical related work experience ispreferred. Cash handling experience preferred Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, Google suite and other related computer skillsrequired. Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, be self-directed and demonstrateinitiative. Strong sense of team and ability to work collaboratively with others Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends Must be able towork flexible hours including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.Hours: This is a part-time position with variable hours that can include evenings and weekends.Location: Job location can be any of the six venues in the Metropolitan Milwaukee area.
