Responsibilities include handling ongoing box office and database tasks, processing sales, providing direct patron support, managing student ticket sellers, and running on-site operations for events.Required Qualifications:Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience1+ years' experience working in box office or visitor/customer service fieldExperience with Tessitura or similar customer relationship management platformAbility and willingness to work evenings and weekends as part of a weekly schedule and for specific event needsExperience providing warm, professional customer service and sales in a busy retail environmentAbility to exercise excellent judgment and balance competing responsibilitiesCommitment to working effectively as part of an equitable, anti-racist, anti-biased teamExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong sense of initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamBe informed about and compliant with ADA and PCI policiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a box office or arts centerExperience in the arts or creative sectorExperience supervising students or associatesExperience with database managementEqual Opportunity Employer: Dartmouth College is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
