ApplyJob TypeFull-timeDescriptionWe are seeking Box Truck Drivers to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a 26' box truck with a liftgate to deliver doors/windows/trim and other building materials to construction sites. Most deliveries are local (within 100 miles) and always home daily. Delivery assistant/helper provided for all deliveries. Commercial driver license is not required, however a valid DOT Physical/Medical card is required.Hours are consistent and dependable all year. Shift is generally 6am-4:30pm Mon-Fri, rare Saturday work 6am-10am.RequirementsWhat we are looking for:* Dependable driver who actively communicates with company and customers* Safely operate a 26' Box Truck with Liftgate* Load and unload cargo (assisted)* Properly document work and deliveryResponsibilities:* Safely operate a 26' Box Truck with Liftgate* Load and unload cargo* Properly track and document activity log* Report any issues or incidents to company* Inspect truck before and after trip, and maintain a clean and presentable vehicleQualifications:* Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields (3+ years preferred)* You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record* A valid DOT Physical/Medical card is required* Ability to handle physical workload up to 75lbs unassisted* Strong work ethic and communication skillsBenefit package:* Medical (Full time employees)* Dental (Full time employees)* Vision (Full time employees)* Sick, Vacation and Holiday pay (Full time employees)* Overtime pay (1.5x pay) after 40 hours work each weekSalary Description$16-$18 per hour plus OT and benefits
