Regular hours include Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PMCompensation Range: $65,000.00/Yr. - $90,000.00/Yr *Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills*Location: Headquarters - Endwell, NYResponsibilities/Duties:
- Conduct research on existing processes and procedures and validate understanding
- with process owners over requirements, compliance, feasibility, existing state, and desired future state implementation.
- Maintain project scope to assist in the successful delivery of initiatives to production.
- Work with project clientele, sponsors, and assigned staff.
- Assess assigned work tasks and provide timelines, delivery estimates, and status updates to direct management.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and change management procedures.
- Create data reports and reporting tools.
- Write SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Maintain department metrics of time savings, cost avoidance, and feature enablement.
- Monitor and evaluate programs to determine effectiveness and propose enhancements.
- Generate process flows via Microsoft Visio or other flow-charting tools.
- Create, review, and enhance business requirements, value calculations, user guides, and other necessary documentation.
- Provides departmental back-up coverage as needed.
- Respond effectively to changing ideas, responsibilities, expectations, trends, strategies, and other processes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of related process improvement and data analysis experience is expected, 4-6 years of relevant experience are required without a degree.
- Competency in project management and process re-engineering using a combination of related tools and other technologies is expected.
- Competence with relational databases and SQL is expected.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Visions.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
- Symitar infrastructure or other financial industry core platform.
