***Link Interactive is currently hiring for a part time Order Fulfillment Specialist in our Ogden, Utah location.***
Position Summary: Individual will be responsible for assisting the department with the timely programming of alarm and security system equipment. Responsibilities can include receiving and shipping equipment and prepping components for departure.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Prepping/Programming Equipment
* Receiving/shipping equipment and orders
* Programming systems and box orders ready for shipment
* New Owner Takeover processing
* Promotion Credit processing
* Processing Vendor RMA's
* Assist with account Activations
* Provide timely response to customer's needs, including address and service changes and requests for refunds.
* Perform other duties as assigned
**Education & Required Skills:**
* Ability to work part time schedule, 11am-3pm M-F. May require some additional hours certain weeks.
* High School Diploma
* Excellent working knowledge of electronics
* Must read and speak English
* Strong Time Management Skills
* Ability to keep inventory accuracy 100%
* Vision and hearing acuity required
* Must have dexterity working with very small parts
* Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds
