Branch & Insurance SpecialistIf you are a career-minded, service-driven professional looking to join a fast-paced organization then you have come to the right place. This is an exciting entry level position in our branch network and ideal for candidates interested working in a teamwork environment and interfacing with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.In this role you will:Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goalsBe given opportunities to advance with skills-based pay increases, quarterly bonuses, and career growth. 90% of our managers are promoted from within!Be eligible for competitive benefits package, including Paid Volunteer time and Pension PlanProvide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties.Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team membersDevelop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialistsOur branch hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM-1:00PM. If scheduled to work on a Saturday, you will receive a 1/2 day off during the week. We are closed Sundays and most holidays.The ideal candidate will have:Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environmentAdvanced customer service skillsAbility to work overtime including SaturdaysProficiency with Microsoft Office basicsProven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goalsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsAdaptability to change and ability to meet deadlinesQualifications: High School diploma or GED Successful completion of background check and drug screening Ability to navigate Windows, Outlook, Word, and the Internet Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in customer service environment helpful Ability to exceed assigned service quality goalsBenefits: 401(k) Savings plan with company matchAuto Club Enterprises is the largest federation of AAA clubs in the nation.
