Job Type Full-time Description Service Supervisor: Building Connections In Home Care Senior Solutions Home Care is looking for a hands-on Service Supervisor to strengthen our relationships with caregivers and clients while ensuring top-quality care in the field. Senior Solutions Home Care is an established, independently owned, non-medical home care agency focused on providing compassionate care (ADL's) to elderly and disabled residents within our communities. The coverage area for this role includes: Shelby, Fayette, Weakley, Obion, Haywood, Lauderdale, Tipton, Dyer, Lake, Crockett, Benton, Carroll, and Henry county Your Day-to-Day:

  • Travel frequently within your assigned geographical area to conduct on-site client visits and assignments
  • Facilitate field staff hiring days at the local regional office or a designated alternate hiring location
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients
  • Perform initial and ongoing client assessments, including admissions
  • Provide direct support to caregivers through training and mentorship
  • Assist with scheduling, glove deliveries, and PERS installations as needed
  • Business development, marketing, and other community engagement efforts

  • Prior experience in Home Care or related fields (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency with computers and technology

Requirements Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Strong computer and technical skills required
  • Additional education from an accredited vocational school or college preferred
  • Prior experience with home care preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent time-management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and state required
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen per company standards
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be willing to travel to various site locations
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds
Salary Description $19.50 / hour
