How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?A successful Branch Manager at Airgas will be a team player with strong leadership skills to support and drive sales. The Branch Manager is responsible for critical issues of branch operations and profitability including safety, sales, sales growth, budgeting, gross margins, operating expenses, customer service, inventory, equipment, building and vehicles, community relations, accounts receivable, and resolution of personnel issues. The Branch Manager is responsible for all critical issues of the branch, including retail sales, sales growth, budgeting, attainment of gross margin, and all operational expenses. Other key areas of responsibility include safety, customer service, inventory levels, accounts receivable, and resolution of personnel issues. Schedule and follow-up on deliveries and pre-call customers before scheduled deliveries. Schedule staffing to ensure excellent customer service at all times. Coach, mentor, and plan for the development of direct reports.
The pay offered for this role is $70,000- $95,000.
