Job Title: Branch Manager Cross Valley Federal Credit Union Full Time We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Credit Union branch. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the branch staff, ensuring excellent member service, and achieving branch goals. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and objectives - Ensure excellent member service by resolving member complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor branch operations to ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and procedures - Develop and maintain relationships with members, community organizations, and business partners - Analyze financial reports and make recommendations to improve branch performance - Ensure the security of the branch and its assets - Participate in community events and activities to promote the Credit Union and its services Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field or experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial institution, with at least 2 years in a management role - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures - Ability to analyze financial reports and make recommendations - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software including CORE If you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and leadership, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Branch Manager at our Credit Union.
