Well, with his drive, and the help of our NexGen family along the way, we've grown to 8 locations across Southern California, servicing customers every day and continuing to grow into the industry standard for all things HVAC and Plumbing.

We are looking to grow our team with an Office Manager!

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

  • Calculating and processing employee bonuses and commissions
  • Process financing for plumbing and hvac customers
  • General payroll support
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, manage outgoing mail
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Work directly with the Human Resources Manager for all office and HR needs
  • Nurture a positive working environment
Qualifications:

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred not required
  • Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience preferred
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with Service Titan or a CRM system preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • People oriented and results driven
