Branch Manager Albany, NY Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our client in the Capital Region, NY area. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for all in branch customer service requests Responsible for opening in the absence of the Head Teller Will be assigned referral, account, and retention goals Builds and promotes branch identity, drives sales and promotes overall ownership and accountability for improving customer service and branch success Implements and administers new products or programs including sales promotion and incentive programs and encourages staff member participation to stimulate new growth Originates all loan products. Provides training in bank policies and procedures; conducts regular staff meetings Maintains security measures to protect against criminal and fraudulent activity, unnecessary risk, and exposure Maintains communications between the branch and management through regular reporting and attending staff meetings Provides quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience Bachelors degree in business related field preferred Two to five years of mortgage lending experience preferred At least two years banking experience Must be eligible to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry for purposes of SAFE Act Supervisory experience Customer service experience Cash handling experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word Salary $50-65k Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
