Branch Manager Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Oversee all aspects of the operations, sales, and service of your branch. Hire, train, and develop personnel as well as ensure that the overall operation of the branch is in compliance with rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies set forth by the regulating bodies and Pest USA.Essential Functions (include but not limited to):Manage and train all employees to be in compliance with all state and federal regulations and to ensure quality service to all customers by leading by example, always being professional in speech, dress, and action.Conduct new employee training, inspect and assure all field training checkoff lists are fully completed.Confirm the state registration exam has been passed prior to allowing the employee to work alone.Ensure all sales and service employees are adequately trained and equipped to perform their jobs.Maintain proper inventory of products and equipment related to the employee's job functions.Ensure all employees are performing appropriate treatments and performing thorough and accurate inspections for wood destroying organisms and pest issues.Respond to incoming calls and identify the needs of the client or potential client by coordinating inspections for termite and pest inspections.Initiate phone calls to coordinate service of existing clients and answer questions regarding billing, service or specific questions involving terms of service, treatment options, and conditions that might contribute to the activity of certain pests.Travel to customer locations to inspect and evaluate services.Supervise the daily activities of the Service Manager, Office Manager, Admin's, Sales Personnel, and Technicians.Hire, train, and develop personnel as well as ensure that the overall operation of the branch is in compliance with rules, regulations, guidelines, and policies set forth by the regulating bodies and Pest USA.Physical demands of the job should include sitting, standing, bending, and lifting.Review production and performance of employees according to company guidelines.Maintain and safely operate fleet vehicle(s).Conduct branch and vehicle inspections and take necessary actions.Ensure that service employees and office reflect the appropriate Company image including but not limited to uniforms, guidelines, and vehicle appearance.Maintain certifications and licenses required to operate a branch in the state.Ensure all registered and certified sales and service professionals maintain required hours.Audit all service agreements and accompanying paperwork.Participate in and conduct meetings that are required.Follow instructions and directions from the CEO, Vice President, Director of Quality Assurance, and Regional Managers.Comply with all company policies, procedures, guidelines.Perform other duties as required by Corporate Management.Minimum Qualifications:21 years of agePossess current driver's licenseWilling to work evenings and weekends as neededAbility to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing examsPrevious experience in the termite or pest control industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the individual who believes in themselves and can exceed our expectationsAble to lift up to 50 poundsPest USA proudly offers:Competitive compensation and sales incentivesMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancesSupplemental insurance benefitsPaid Time Off401k with company matchAll applicants are subject to drug testing, a criminal background check, as well as providing a clean driving record report, prior to employment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
