Position Overview
As Branch Manager, you will oversee daily operations, sales, and staff performance at the branch. You'll lead by example, hiring, training, and evaluating employees while ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. You'll manage inside sales tasks, resolve customer concerns, and maintain strong vendor relationships. A key part of the role involves staying up-to-date with industry regulations and providing technical support as needed. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. They should be able to make informed decisions, show initiative, and handle customer interactions with professionalism and tact. The role requires frequent standing, sitting, and walking, with the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Repetitive hand motion for data entry and occasional driving will also be needed. The position involves working with hazardous materials and using computers for sales orders and reporting. A flexible schedule and occasional travel to customer sites are expected.
