Travel locally.How You'll Do It As a Branch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our branch by driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, managing a team of recruiters, and achieving revenue targets through sales efforts.
- Direct branch sales objectives by utilizing selling methodologies, develop pricing models/proposals, and develop customer service models
- Develop and/or lead training to enhance skill level of recruiting teams
- Provide ongoing training and development, coaching, one on one, and team-building for staff
- Follow up clients on regular basis, educate clients/staff on industry trends, and develop/provide solution-based options to clients
- Command of the budget process and execution of the branch budget
- Perform ongoing formal and informal performance measurement and management to drive accountability with direct reports as well as review and recommend compensation adjustments
- Enforce staff compliance of all employment laws (EEOC, ADA, Worker's Comp., Unemployment)
- Be able to work flexible hours and be on-call, when necessary
- All other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring This is an experienced hire role, and you'll need to bring 2 years of management experience in a staffing environment.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Strong affinity for business development and B2B selling, including service and marketing calls
- Troubleshooting abilities to resolve problems or complaints of clients/candidates
- Experience coaching skills and providing feedback to candidates/staff
- Strong PC skills as these are critical to our success in this role
- Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver's License and ability to use personal vehicle daily to successfully perform job duties
