Branch ManagerAlbany, NYFusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our client in the Capital Region, NY area. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all in branch customer service requestsResponsible for opening in the absence of the Head TellerWill be assigned referral, account, and retention goalsBuilds and promotes branch identity, drives sales and promotes overall ownership and accountability for improving customer service and branch successImplements and administers new products or programs including sales promotion and incentive programs and encourages staff member participation to stimulate new growthOriginates all loan products.Provides training in bank policies and procedures; conducts regular staff meetingsMaintains security measures to protect against criminal and fraudulent activity, unnecessary risk, and exposureMaintains communications between the branch and management through regular reporting and attending staff meetingsProvides quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospectsQualifications & RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent education or experienceBachelor's degree in business related field preferredTwo to five years of mortgage lending experience preferredAt least two years banking experienceMust be eligible to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry for purposes of SAFE ActSupervisory experienceCustomer service experienceCash handling experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and WordSalary$50-65kFusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
