What You'll Do... Branch Managers at American Pest are responsible for Profit & Loss (P&L) ownership of their region. They are accountable for developing and leading their team and ensuring superior service delivery and customer service as well as the execution of day-to-day objectives and company goals. As part of the Leadership Team, Branch Managers help develop American Pest's business strategy and spearhead company efforts to become the preferred pest control provider of the mid-Atlantic region.
Who You Are... So, what does it take to be a successful Branch Manager with American Pest? For starters, you'll have a minimum of 3 years in the pest control industry. You'll also have...
+ At least 1 year of supervisory experience
+ Firm understanding of customer service and de-escalation
+ Ability to hold team accountable - daily check-ins, goal setting, performance management, etc.
+ Sales Leadership ability with a history of revenue generation and growth
+ Exceptional Operational leadership skills
+ Experience successfully managing a P&L statement preferred
+ The proven ability to inspire and motivate a team
+ Experience with interviewing and hiring with an eye for selection & retention
+ Outstanding leadership and people development skills with a focus on training
+ Exemplary oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to safely move about customer locations, ascend/descend stairs and ladders to service out of the way areas, and position self to conduct service under/around furniture, equipment, and tight spaces
+ Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
+ Ability to work outdoors in all regular seasonal weather conditions
+ Technical proficiency with computers, smart phones, etc.
+ Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
+ A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
+ The ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
+ Availability to work non-standard business hours including weekends and holidays
+ High school degree or equivalent
