Branch Supervisor Summary: The BranchSupervisor is responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing allareas of branch operations and activities. They will ensure the Branch follows operating policy and procedureswhile maintaining high customer service and sales activities. This will lead the branch team to grow thedeposit base and increase market share and profitability. Dutiesand Responsibilities: 1. Work withmanagement to establish growth, sales and profit objectives. 2. Providehigh-quality service to every customer, i.e., greet, address by name, timelyassistance, etc.3. Provide serviceto Bank customers by conducting transactions, assisting with inquires, andresolving issues promptly.4. Develop knowledgeof bank products/services via training, Bank website, intranet information,meetings, etc.5. Identifyopportunities to cross-share Bank products/services and refer customers to aplatform employee or appropriate Bank department.6. Provideleadership and supervision to Teller and CSR staff. 7. Implementstrategies to achieve goals assigned to the branch.8. Serve as anactive member of the customer service team. 9. Conduct customerservice calls on current and prospective customers within the branch officemarket area.10. Establish and confirm all branch operations areperformed in accordance wit established bank police and procedures, eitherdirectly or through appropriate supervision (i.e. cash balancing, monthlyaudits, dual control, etc.)11. Demonstrate cooperative efforts in working with otherdepartments and within your branch while encouraging similar behavior formstaff. 12. Actively participate in the community as a reflectionof the bank's goal for strong community involvement. 13. Maintain proficient knowledge of and demonstrateongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position.Ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent polices, procedures, and internalcontrols, and promptly meet all job-specific training requirements. 14. As an integral member of the Branch, this position isresponsible for assisting wherever necessary to help the Branch and the Bankachiever its excellent customer service and established goals.Secondaror Additional Job Duties:1.
