Horizon Forest Products is the distributor of Impressions Flooring Collection and offers customers over 75 years of industry experience and one of the most comprehensive inventories of pre-finished and unfinished hardwood flooring, floor equipment, abrasives, finishes, fasteners, and accessories in the mid-Atlantic and Texas region.
We are searching for a results-driven, customer focused leader to ensure that sales goals are met and tasks completed successfully in a timely manner. In this role you will need to be good at multitasking and able to delegate duties to employees where appropriate.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
- Manages budgets, allocating branch funds and defining financial objectives
- Forecasts and plans according to fiscal needs
- Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met
- Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge and achieve goals
- Focus sales efforts by planning and preparing sales through research of products and buying
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, and logistics
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Assessing market conditions and identify opportunities
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers
- Resolving customer issues as needed
- Develop and implement on-site sales training
- Maintain appropriate stock levels for inventory
Skills and Experience:
- Proven record of achieving revenue targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
