The Daikin Comfort Brand Ambassador will be the face and voice of the Daikin brand within the Experience Center and local community. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting our Daikin brand, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) product solutions, and services through in store customers interactions, community events and engagement, and various media channels and local go to market activities in collaboration with our sales channel. You will work closely with our sales and marketing divisions to drive and execute sales activation strategies including but not limited to developing and executing marketing promotions and campaigns, creating social media content, communicating the value of Daikin solutions to customers, tracking customer feedback and performance metrics, and representing the brand at local events. To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills and a strong understanding of social media is preferred. Previous experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired as well as knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

Familiarize yourself with Daikin s company mission, vision and goals.
Always maintain a positive image of the Daikin brand.
Effectively lead visitors through a customized Experience Center tour using a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and help drive sales.
Work with the marketing and sales teams to develop, manage and conceptualize marketing campaigns and promotions.
Create, manage and execute a timeline of community events to drive brand awareness and Daikin s socio-economic contributions.
Create website and social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new and repeat customers.
Track and measure conversion rates, engagements and other key metrics for campaigns and make adjustments as needed to maintain target conversion rates.
Communicate marketing campaigns, promotions, and relevant product and marketing updates to target customers.
Represent Daikin at local events, trade shows, and other activities as needed.
Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in HVAC desired
Prior experience as a brand ambassador or similar role is strongly desired
Education/Certification
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field is desired.
High school degree with previous relevant experience will be considered.

Salary Range: 55,070.00 to 78,280.00
