Benefits:Flexible scheduleBrand Ambassador / HostThe Brand Ambassador/ Host position at Fielding's River Oaks plays a key role in creating positive, memorable guest experiences. The primary focus of the Brand Ambassador / Host is to book reservations via Resy system, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and seating guests, general guest relations, and communicating with the Service team when a table is sat.Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:Ø Maintain a positive attitude in high stress fastpaced situations.Ø Work efficiently with table management-reservation and phone systems.Ø Recognize regular guests by nameØ Notify Servers / Captains when they are sat,providing a portfolio chit with the guest's nameand preferencesØ Present a professional, positive, neat,well-groomed appearance for him/herselfmeeting brand standardsØ Maintain and insure optimal physicaldepartmental conditions and organizationØ Occasionally take on additional responsibilities.Ø Exude a positive, bright attitudeCompetencies & Qualifications:Ø Use all IT systems to the fullest capacity.Ø Have an authentic, happy disposition.Ø Bilingual a plus.Ø Embrace highly fluid situations.Ø Be able to think on your feet quickly.Ø Demonstrate interest and share knowledge of food, service, and personnel situations.Ø Able to follow and execute directions.Ø Develop rapport with food experts to understand the full range of Fielding's products and services.Ø Consistently search out ways to improve and promote a high level of guest service, experience, sales and profits.Ø Be open to feedbackØ Treat Guests and Partners with respect.Ø Help provide a risk-free, safe working environment and experience.Ø Apply accurate logic and common sense in decision-making or solving problems.Ø Seek expertise, help and resources to achieve goals and objectives.Ø Stay focused and detail-oriented while on duty, and work through distractions.Ø Identify/prioritize activities and modify work routines to eliminate wasted efforts.Ø Follow guidelines and rules of Fielding's Culinary Group.Ø Speak clearly and logically to be understood and get the point across when communicating.Ø Able to effectively read and interpret documents, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual.
